Elevate your service offerings with this exceptional solution for your clients. Charged either by miles or time to destination starting at 25 miles/30 minutes one way. Toll fees will be added if applicable.

Includes: CA Secretary of State apostille fee ($26 per apostille for one notarized signature) and tracked round-trip mailing ($60) for mail-based service.
Each notarization going overseas requires its own apostille. If more than one official's signature needs to be apostilled, add $6 per additional signature per apostille.
Turnaround options:
Standard (4–6 weeks): $150 total
Courier-expedited (10–14 days): $250 total — includes round-trip mailing to a Sacramento courier and the courier's service fee for in-person expedited filing
Same-day, Sacramento in person: $400 total estimate (mobile fee and bridge tolls included in estimate; final cost confirmed at booking)
CA Secretary of State pop-up events (when available in the Bay Area, turnaround varies by event): $160 total estimate, replacing the mailing fee with an in-person mobile fee. Actual cost depends on event location (e.g., Dublin/Pleasanton vs. San Rafael); final cost confirmed at booking.
U.S. Department of State apostilles:
5+ weeks standard, expedited to under 4 weeks available. Fees vary by document type. Contact me for an estimate.

I can bring your documents to the City and County of San Francisco, Assessor-Recorder's Office for recording.
The fee includes printing, 1 notarization, mobile-to-you service, mobile-to-City Hall service, and counter service with the clerk.
Reimbursement of fees for recording and any copies is additional.

The fee includes mobile-to-you service, mobile-to-Courthouse service, and time counter service with the court clerk.
