Acknowledgments
An Acknowledgment is for a signer, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a notarial officer that he or she has willingly signed a document.
Requirements:
The signer must appear before me.
I will positively identify you according to California’s rules.
The signer must declare (acknowledge) signing the document for its intended purpose.

Jurats
A jurat is for a signer to swear to or affirm the truthfulness of the contents of a document to a notarial officer. Jurats are also known as a “verification upon oath or affirmation.”
Requirements:
The signer must appear in person before me and sign the document in my presence. I cannot perform a jurat for a signature that was made prior to the signer appearing before me.
I will positively identify you according to Caifornia’s rules.
I will administer a spoken oath or an affirmation, and then you as the signer must respond out loud.

Oaths
If you have a need to take a public Oath of Office, I am available to administer oaths, including civil service and law enforcement.

Mobile-to-you Service.
I can travel to hospitals, senior care, assisted living, prisons, your work, or home. Let me know where you or your client is.
Additional fees apply for travel to you starting with 25 miles/30 minutes.

Apostille Services
After notarizing, I can help coordinate obtaining Apostilles. Typical turnaround time for the California Secretary of State is 10 business days plus ship and mail time. This service can be expedited for same-day service for a higher rate if needed.

City and County of San Francisco Document Recording
I can bring your documents to the City and County of San Francisco, Assessor-Recorder's Office to be entered into the public record.
Many different types of documents are recorded every year, including deeds, deeds of trust, reconveyances, and liens.

Power of Attorney
A power of attorney is a legally binding document that allows another person to act on your behalf. It can be useful for older individuals, those who are hospitalized, or anyone who wants to designate a trusted person to make decisions for them when they are unable to do so themselves.
Requirements:The signer must appear before me.

The signer must declare (acknowledge) signing the document for its intended purpose.

Trust Deeds
In most cases, Trust Deeds are treated like an Acknowledgment. This means you can first review and sign your documents at home, then have a notary acknowledge that you signed the documents. See Acknowledgments on this page.

Immigration/Citizenship Forms
After an attorney or licensed immigration consultant has helped you complete your immigration forms, a notary public can notarize the signature on a document affecting your immigration or citizenship status.
